Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
